Every year, the Caring Transitions national conference offers an incredible opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside fellow franchise owners and team members from across the country. This year was no different—except that something truly unexpected happened: we brought home an award!
We’re thrilled to share that our location was honored with the 2024 Comeback Award, a recognition of the significant growth and progress we've made over the past year. This award highlights not only year-over-year business success but also a renewed commitment to collaboration and leadership within the Caring Transitions network.
Our journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Like so many small businesses, we’ve navigated changing markets, evolving client needs, and the everyday hurdles that come with growth and reinvention. But through it all, we’ve remained focused on one mission: serving families with compassion, care, and integrity during life’s biggest transitions.
This recognition also reflects the time and heart we’ve poured into supporting others within the Caring Transitions community. From leading trainings and delivering presentations to chairing the CT Branding Committee, it’s been an honor to contribute to the success of our fellow franchise owners. We firmly believe that when one of us grows, we all grow—and we’re proud to be part of a network that shares that philosophy.
Receiving the Comeback Award was humbling, energizing, and deeply meaningful. It’s a moment that reminds us why we do what we do—and how far we’ve come. Most of all, it’s a reminder that resilience, hard work, and a heart for helping others will always be worth celebrating.
